A super-concentrated, 3-in-1 cleaner for your whole hot tub: the plumbing and jets, the shell, and the cartridge filters. Purges the buildup you cannot reach, breaking down lotions, oils and organic debris. Also cleans spa and pool cartridge filters. Citrus-ginger scent.
Filter cleaning: 2 oz. Pipe cleaning: 4 oz for a 400-gallon spa. Shock treatment: 8 oz for a 400-gallon spa.
| Size | Filter + pipe cleanings | or shock treatments |
|---|---|---|
| 8 oz | 2 + 1 | 1 |
| 32 oz | 8 + 4 | 4 |
The 32 oz is about a one-year supply for a 400-gallon spa at the recommended frequency.
Filter soak (deep cleaning, recommended): mix 2 oz with 2.5 gallons of warm water in a clean bucket. Fully submerge the filter and soak at least 30 minutes — up to 8 hours or overnight for heavy buildup. Pressure rinse thoroughly before reinstalling.
Filter spray (quick cleaning): mix 2 oz with 24 oz of water. Remove the filter and rinse off loose debris, spray into the pleats for full coverage, let it sit 5 minutes, then pressure rinse thoroughly.
Pipe cleaning: with the spa filled, jets running and filters removed, add 4 oz per 400 gallons. Run the jets 30 minutes, drain the spa completely, rinse, and refill with fresh (filtered) water.
Shock treatment (for pipes that have never been cleaned): add 8 oz per 400 gallons with the filters removed. Run the jets 20 minutes, let it soak 60 minutes, run the jets another 20 minutes, then drain, rinse and refill.
How often: filters every 4–8 weeks, depending on use. Pipes every 2–3 months to prevent biofilm buildup.

Expect the water to look dirty at the end of a plumbing purge — that is the buildup leaving the pipes. Wipe the shell and waterline before it dries, then drain, rinse and refill. Some foaming is normal once the jets break the film loose; turn the jets down for a few minutes if it climbs.
This is a cleaner, not a sanitizer or water balancer. It works alongside chlorine, bromine, salt, ozone and mineral systems: purge, refill, then balance the fresh water as usual.
Always wear protective clothing and equipment. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. If it contacts skin, wash with soap and water; if it gets in the eyes, flush with water for 10–15 minutes. If any irritation persists, contact a physician immediately.
