What it does
Breaks down grease and organic buildup to keep drains and grease traps flowing. Digests organic matter, bottom solids and scum, eliminating odors, and reduces ammonia-, nitrate- and hydrogen-sulfide-forming bacteria and their odors.

Why DPW matters
FOG Pro includes a proprietary deproteinized whey (DPW) carrier that delivers nutrients to the microbes, supporting rapid activation and stability so they establish and keep working through the drain system.
How to use
Shake well. Grease trap start-up: cool the trap and treat overnight, lid closed. Add 2 oz for a 100-gallon trap; larger traps take more (500 gal +4 oz, 2,500 gal +6 oz, 5,000 gal +9 oz).
Drains: mix ¼ oz with 4 oz of warm water and pour down each drain at the end of the day — weekly for the first month, then monthly. Keeping the drains that feed a trap treated is what maintains the trap.
If a particular drain stays sluggish, extend treatment a few more weeks.
