What it does

How to use

Grease trap start-up: cool the trap and treat overnight, lid closed. Add 2 oz for a 100-gallon trap; larger traps take more (500 gal +4 oz, 2,500 gal +6 oz, 5,000 gal +9 oz).

Drains: mix ¼ oz with 4 oz of warm water and pour down each drain at the end of the day — weekly for the first month, then monthly. Keeping the drains that feed a trap treated is what maintains the trap.
